- Orders made before 3pm EST will be shipped same business day
- In stock items will normally arrive in 3-6 business days
- Orders made before 1pm EST will be shipped same business day
- In stock items will normally arrive in 2-4 business days
- Orders made before 1pm EST will be shipped same business day
- In stock items will normally arrive in 1-2 days
- We exclusively use the USPS to ship our packages.
- Business days may not include weekends or holidays.
- Allow 1-2 additional days to Alaska or Hawaii
- Please be patient as some events are out of our control, like weather and emergencies
Returns
We want to make you a happy customer. We will try to work with you to try to solve any problems. Original packaging needs to be intact and usable. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.)
Keep in mind that most of the brands we sell have a warranty, some with lifetime warranties.
In those instances, the manufacturer should be contacted.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
